Several opportunities have arisen for Supply Chain Specialists (ref 22460) to join a newly created Order Administration Team based at BAE Systems in the North West.

Key activities include:

  • Co-ordination of all order book management activities
  • Data input
  • Query Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Expediting / updating forecast delivery dates
  • Co-ordination and tracking of Supplier invoices

You must have interpersonal, communications and team working skills. Knowledge of the Supply Chain and Spares Support along with IT skills are essential with training provided on the relevant “in-house” IT systems.
